Update Phone Directory

  1. Use this form to update your 2026 phone directory information.
  2. Submit changes by February 6, 2026.
  3. We will reply that we received your e-form. If you do not receive a reply before the February deadline, please call.
  4. If changes are not received by February 6th, your 2025 directory information (correct or not) will be used.

Florida State Statutes says this about Associations' printed phone directories:
 

  • An association may print and distribute to parcel owners a directory containing the name, address, and all telephone numbers of each parcel owner.
  • An owner may exclude telephone numbers from the directory by so requesting in writing to the association (this form).
  • An owner may consent in writing to the disclosure of other contact information (email addresses).
